1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bcd44 ("bcd44", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bcd44 website located at https://bcd44.net, its subpages, associated services, and mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By visiting the bcd44 website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game or feature on the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

bcd44 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

The bcd44 Platform is strictly available to persons who are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction applies universally to all users, regardless of the nature of the activity (casino gaming, sports betting, live dealer tables, or any other feature on the Platform). We do not make exceptions to this rule under any circumstances.

2.2 Age Verification

bcd44 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All players are required to verify their identity before making a withdrawal or when prompted by our compliance team. Acceptable verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification issued in Bangladesh. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, all bonuses forfeited, and any deposits returned at bcd44's sole discretion after deducting the cost of any gameplay that occurred prior to discovery.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

2.4 Single Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on bcd44. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same bKash or Nagad wallet, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

3.3 Account Accuracy

All information provided during registration must be truthful and match the details on your government-issued identification documents. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension. bcd44 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time to maintain compliance with its KYC obligations.

3.4 Account Security Responsibility

All activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. bcd44 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security measures. Any bets placed or funds deposited while your account is accessed by an unauthorised party — but prior to you reporting the breach to our support team — remain your liability.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bcd44 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank). All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bcd44 does not accept cryptocurrency payments or payments in foreign currencies.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Thresholds

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay); ৳1,000 via bank transfer.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 via mobile wallet; ৳2,000 via bank transfer.
• Maximum single withdrawal: Subject to your account verification tier. Fully verified accounts enjoy higher limits. Contact support for details applicable to your account.

4.3 Deposit Processing Times

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bcd44 account balance within 30–60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on interbank processing schedules. bcd44 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own infrastructure.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by bcd44's payments operations team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The average processing time for mobile wallet withdrawals is under 30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Before your first withdrawal, you must have completed identity verification (KYC). Withdrawal requests that trigger additional review — for example, due to high value or unusual account activity — may take longer to process.

4.5 Own Payment Methods Only

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. bcd44 does not accept third-party payments. Any deposit received from a payment method that does not match the registered account holder's identity may be refunded to the originating method and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

4.6 Transaction Fees

bcd44 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile network operator or bank may apply their own transaction charges. bcd44 has no control over third-party fees and is not responsible for them.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bcd44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These include, but are not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions (e.g., BPL season, IPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and Independence Day promotions). 5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to your bcd44 account are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Each player is eligible to claim each specific promotional offer once only, unless the promotion's individual terms state otherwise. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on multiple accounts, sharing a bonus with another player, or using any other method to circumvent single-claim restrictions is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.

5.4 bcd44's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

bcd44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice. In the event that a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already qualified, bcd44 will honour the portion of the promotion that was active at the time the qualifying action was completed.

5.5 Abuse of Promotions

bcd44 operates automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using bcd44 promotions, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, unusual betting patterns designed to minimise wagering risk while meeting wagering requirements, and collusion between players. Where abuse is identified, bcd44 will void any bonuses and associated winnings and may permanently close the accounts involved.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on bcd44 are supplied by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each provider operates independently tested Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. bcd44 does not influence or manipulate the outcome of any game offered on the Platform.

6.2 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports bets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, tennis, and other covered sports — are settled based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for Bangladesh domestic cricket, FIFA for international football). In the event of a discrepancy between the result shown on bcd44 and the official result, the official result of the governing body will apply.

6.3 Void Bets

bcd44 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before reaching its natural conclusion; the odds or lines were published in error due to a technical fault; there is evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity affecting the event; or any other extraordinary circumstance that renders settlement impossible or unfair.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and game categories on bcd44. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market at the time of placement. bcd44 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including imposing individual account-level limits where warranted.

6.5 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical failure, server error, or connectivity interruption during a game session or live bet, bcd44 will use its best endeavours to reconstruct the state of the game or bet from available server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets affected by the error will be voided and stakes returned. bcd44 is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including failures of third-party payment infrastructure or game provider systems.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bcd44 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Underage participation: Registering or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or assisting a minor in doing so.
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one bcd44 account simultaneously or sequentially for the purpose of claiming additional bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Identity fraud: Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification, impersonating another person, or using documents belonging to another individual.
• Money laundering: Using the bcd44 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or otherwise using the Platform to facilitate money laundering or the financing of criminal activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome or financial result of any game or bet on bcd44, including sharing information during live poker or other competitive game formats.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, play games, or otherwise interact with the Platform on your behalf without express written permission from bcd44.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, bugs, or misconfigured odds for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an illegitimate chargeback or payment dispute with your mobile wallet provider or bank while retaining winnings derived from the disputed funds on bcd44.
• Abuse of support staff: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward bcd44 customer support agents or other platform users.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by bcd44

bcd44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering; account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; or any other reason that bcd44 determines, in good faith, to be in the interest of platform integrity or player safety.

8.2 Closure by Player — Responsible Gaming

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. We offer the following voluntary restriction options as part of our Responsible Gaming program:

• Cool-Off Period: A temporary pause of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent closure of your account with a minimum exclusion period of 6 months. During this period, bcd44 will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration.
• Deposit Limits: Reduced daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps applied at your request.

Requests for self-exclusion are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed until the minimum exclusion period has expired.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. bcd44 will attempt to contact you via your registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. A monthly administrative fee may be applied to dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs, unless prohibited by applicable law. Any remaining balance after the applicable dormancy period will be handled in accordance with bcd44's dormant account policy as communicated to you at the time.

8.4 Effect of Account Closure

Upon permanent account closure — whether initiated by bcd44 or by the player — all pending bonuses and bonus-derived balances are forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of applicable forfeited amounts will be returned to the player's last verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
